The staff are always friendly and accommodating--way beyond what's required. Despite all the hotels in the area, we always go here when we stay in the Pittsburgh area.
Everything was great no complaints
I liked everything
They served fresh made hot oatmeal at breakfast!
The hot water for tea had a coffee taste to it.
Location: right off the turnpike. Breakfast was variety. Fruit and toast and also cereal but hot food as well. My children like the waffles. I like dry cereal and fruit.
I have no complaints. I always try to stay there when I come to that exit and it is late.
Breakfast good. Room clean and nice. Good location. Front desk staff always very pleasant and competent.
Eggs tasted a bit like cardboard - but the rest of the breakfast was great.
The overall conditions and staff were great
The elevator was not operating for 2 days of my stay. I rented 3 rooms, 2 on the 3rd floor and 1 on the 9th floor. This was a problem for all the guests, however the hotel made it right without ant argument.
The breakfast time.
We were there for a Global Celebration conference for 3 nights in May. The elevator broke down the first night and we had to climb to the 6th floor a couple times a day every day. When we checked out there was no eye contact with receptionist and no reciept was given. I thought it would have been nice to at least have an opology or a discount for the inconvenience.
Bed comfortable and breakfast good
Smoke detector battery chirping. Front desk girl fixed but it was very late at night and she could not find anyone else to fix it so it took awhile.
Great place third time staying there.
breakfast was great. staff very friendly. building was clean.
beds were a little hard....
Had a good time with family got a little rest
it was a little expensive
Staff was nice, and room was clean.
Food was ok, husband did not like eggs. Worst part was that the elevator was broken all weekend and we were on the 9th floor. We stayed at friends' home all Sat. since we did not want to climb up the stairs until the evening when we went to sleep.
room was clean
W e stayed 2 nights, after the first night, the elevator quit working , and we were on the 6th floor, which meant hiking 6 floors of stairs.
The staff are friendly. The breakfast very good.
The hotel seems to have changed hands. The first room was smelling with cigarette smoke. The second one has the toilet sqewed and the coffe maker not working. To top it all, the elevators were down.
great black out curtains
I had consistent problems with my door and the keys not working. This seemed like it was a common occurrence for them and was very frustrating.
